I just moved to Oxford and brought my beagle for his first visit. Throughout the appointment, everyone was obviously focused on the well-being of my dog, including his comfort. Whe the metal exam table made him visibly nervous, they put a mat and soft blanket under him. He was due for a kennel cough vaccine, and I warned them that he is terrified of intranasal vaccines and other vets have struggled to hold him down as he tries to wriggle away, even to the point of being unable to give him the intranasal version. Both Dr. Wellman and Dr. Crump were excellent with my kitten. Dublin is a feisty cat, but they made sure to not stress him out when he was getting his shots. Dr. Wellman was also very kind and understanding when seeing Dublin's blood almost made me pass out. They will be my vets for as long as I have the privilege to live in Oxford. Thank you so much!
