I am very pleased with Pampered Paws Daycare and grooming spa. The customer service, communication and care I have received regarding my pups is outstanding. A lot of room for them to run and play is top notch. The pups are well supervised and observed the entire time they are playing. My pups are tired after a full day of play and are happy to see us when they are picked up. There is plenty of shade for them to relax and rest if they get tired and need a break from playing. My dog loves Pampered Paws! The staff is great to her at daycare and when she has vet appointments. She has done the football Saturdays and overnight boarding. I always know my puppy is in good hands when I have a long day and she needs her friends at Pampered Paws! I 100% recommend using them for daycare, boarding, and vet services!
I really enjoyed my experience with pampered paws. The staff was very welcoming and hospitable. They did a comprehensive testing with my puppy which allowed them to catch potentially dangerous situation. I definitely recommend if you are in the Oxford area!
We love Paws! Our furbabies are always taken care of so well. The staff and doctors love on them like they are family. The option for the nurse on call line has saved us so much stress and worry and we have gotten wonderful care for both our puppies and our senior pups. It’s so wonderful to have a groomer, boarding, and vet all in one! Cannot recommend them enough!
Dr. Graham is so caring and kind. He really cares about the animals in his roster. He always calls to check on Milo’s seizures.
