I tried to book the massage on this past Monday the lady who picked up the phone was rudely speaking about me in Thai language without realizing I'm also Thai. She refused to apologize, just said she doesn't work there only came to help handle phone calls. I feel very disappointed about situation, it was so disrespectful and unprofessional.
