Incredible customer service and response time. We called five roofing companies in our area after we had a leak due to ice damming. Marcus came out, inspected our roof, scheduled the repair, AND repaired the roof before three of those companies even returned our phone calls!! Polite, professional, and personable. We are very happy with the results and can't recommend Panda Roof enough.

Please dont hesitate to call Panda Roof! This company deserves a novel review! My great experience started with the very first call with Kim. She answered all my questions & she understood exactly what I was describing on my roof repair. Talking to Kim was like talking to an old friend. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate with Marcus M*****. Marcus wasted no time hopping right up on our roof to inspect the damage & the whole roof. He gave us a total & it was a deal. Very happy with the work they did. I had a tree fall into my roof and had 6 different roofing company come do estimate. I ask all the companies for and estimate for the damage and Panda Roof was the only company to do what I ask. The other companies kept telling me to go with home insurance which I did but would not give an estimate like I ask for. Very professional and helpful. Thank you Panda Roof and will be using again in the future.
