I called Panda Roofing because I had a small leak in my spare bedroom. I talked to Kim on the phone who was so pleasant and concerned. Marcus came out in the rain to evaluate the leak which was caused by a defective boot. Marcus took so much time looking over the roof in the rain and noticed that my ridge vent was in poor shape and I had a couple shingles on my porch roof that were damaged. Great company to use .. This was our third project with Panda Roof, we own a property with a 1880's home/barn .. We've had them out to install a new roof (shingle) on the house, recoated/repair the barn roof, had them install new gutters on the house/lodge/patio and then replace the downspouts on the house with a better option .. Even though we didn't select them to do our roofing repair, I was very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. I made a repair estimate appointment and they were able to come out within a couple of days. They kept me well informed via email and text and the associate Marcus was right on time. He was courteous and professional. I did want to note that I used them a couple of years ago to do a small wind damage roof repair. They were the only company that was able to come out right away. He came over and able to replace some of my siding that blew off. He was here about a half hour and charged a fair price. I would call again
Incredible customer service and response time. We called five roofing companies in our area after we had a leak due to ice damming. Marcus came out, inspected our roof, scheduled the repair, AND repaired the roof before three of those companies even returned our phone calls!! Polite, professional, and personable. We are very happy with the results and can't recommend Panda Roof enough.

She answered all my questions & she understood exactly what I was describing on my roof repair. Talking to Kim was like talking to an old friend. Very happy with the work they did. I had a tree fall into my roof and had 6 different roofing company come do estimate. I ask all the companies for and estimate for the damage and Panda Roof was the only company to do what I ask. The other companies kept telling me to go with home insurance which I did but would not give an estimate like I ask for. Very professional and helpful. Thank you Panda Roof and will be using again in the future.
