Lived here with my family for almost a year now and we’ve had a great experience! Office staff is very friendly and great at communicating if there are any issues from either side. Maintenance is great and usually comes the same day or the next! We always see the staff out cleaning the grounds and doing their best to keep the area clean.

I applied 2/28 didn’t receive a call for my application until 3/6 which more information was needed to be approved. I turned in the information and waited until the move in date To view the apartment(which I couldnt see until the move in date because it wasn’t complete) On move in day the apartment smelled like pee. The night I moved my stuff in which was Saturday I saw roaches. I shampooed the carpet and put stuff down for roaches. I want to give a big shout out to these wonderful ladies in the office today. Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Ms. Delana Watson and Iyonna Pickens for going out of their way to help me with my application and submitting my documents as i was having a difficult time doing so at home, they even worked over the closing hours to help me. they was very nice and respectful to me and definitely wanted me to be great. I want to give them they flowers because they earned it. THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN.

Update: 10/06/2018 DO NOT MOVE HERE. They lie and steal your money. I moved out this year in August and received a letter stating I left $150 worth of damage but they never sent me a list of what was damaged. I have pictures to show exactly how I left the unit. Then I went to the office trying to speak to someone in regards to what was mailed to me; but the current office manager is very rude and full of herself when she has NO room to be. This place is the worst place to live. The neighborhood is bad and is getting worse. There is an insect infestation, and the maintenance does not spray insects and the weeds are like living in a jungle. It is not ADA compliant and when something breaks or needs fixing, the company just ignores the issue(s). When moving in it took me 8 months to get my mailbox key and that is wrong. If I could, I would give this apartment a -1000 stars and this apartment should be torn down.
