Erika is amazing! She is very personable, very knowledgeable and she cares about your personal family needs to find the best fit for you. She goes out of her way and spends extra time to make sure everything will be perfect and easy. She backs the quality of the products 100%. I was going to shop around, but after meeting with Erika, I was sold on a high quality tub to walk- in shower remodel.

Communication was a problem at first. Waiting for materials weighed on me for a while. But the work done was really good! Clean up was excellent. Project manager who spoke English only showed up next to last day but was very helpful and nice. He also went far and above to see that I was completely satisfied.
