I moved to parc place to a patio home i loved it however my home was on market 7 months and did not sell so I moved back to my home Grounds excellent Pool and hot tub dated Little dated in common areas but tranquil and clean. Yes, I would recommend this community to others however not a new shiny community needs some upgrades but the patio home was large and felt like I was still in my home. Would still be there if my home would have sold for the right price
We do not eat there, so I don't know about the food. And I don't know how it compares with others as far as value for the money. My sister and I live in one of the three bedroom cottages and absolutely love it! It's spacious, comfortable, and the maintenance here at Parc Place is fantastic!

The homes are very old and very little has been done to modernize them. A lot of people complain about maintenance and the time it takes to get anything done. The staff is very helpful but they require 60 day notice before you can move.

All would be a 5 except food that would be about a 3. However, think cook tries to make up for it by serving excellent desserts. No. 8 is questionable as an annual increase of 6.5% was initiated this month. Dont know if all were affected but Im still waiting for an answer to my complaint. Mgmt changes, effective 10/15- longtime employee handling accounting is departing to retire. For me it's too much walking. Parc Place is a very nice senior apartment. From [name removed] in Sales, [name removed] Moving in Coordinator and [name removed] in charge of Storage and other services were all very helpful in the move of my Mother. They have a lot of activities and everyone is friendly. They have a nice choice of meals on the weekly menu. My Mother is settling in and enjoying living there.

My husband and moved to Parc Place [date removed]. He was killed by street racers on [date removed], just 6 months after moving. I chose to stay at Parc Place. With this decision in mind, I think of living here similar to life in general. Like life, Parc Place has it's positive and negative, it's ups and it's downs, changes I have enjoyed and changes that I wish had not taken place. But this is life! ParcPlace is a family. It is an independent living facility, however, things happen as we mature that keeps us down for a while. Our friends and neighbors come together to help in any way they can. We Celebrate each other and we gather frequently to enjoy the company of our community. It is so important to have people around you. You can participate as much as you want or as little as you want, but there is always someone around to talk with. The staff is amazing. We love it here.

The ancient HVAC system needs to be REPLACED instead of repair patch jobs! The residents are expected to pay their monthly rent ON TIME. Twice or three times in past 2 weeks system has gone. During the winter the heat went out. Hot water is not always available. For a facility that is presented as a GREAT facility money needs to be spent on HVAC upgrades and any other system that is constantly going out.
