Great, but recent amenity concerns I've lived here for three years and have loved it... until they started allowing the amenities to be reserved. Now, the grill and community space are frequently unavailable on the weekends... with no communication to residents beside a paper on the door!! I hope this gets solved, especially as we go toward summer. Right now it feels like paying extra for things we don't get to use.

Great Staff and Maintenance Team From day one, the staff at Park 17 has been responsive and friendly. I recently put in a maintenance request and the team resolved the issue in under 24 hours. I continue to be impressed with how well this team takes care of their tenants.
Beautiful building and BEST site team! We chose Park 17 for it's walkability to many of our favorite restaurants and City Park. The property management team goes above and beyond to make living here as convenient as possible! We love the pool and the residents are all very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend!
