They did a fantastic job. I I handed over to them a rather expensive pure wool made-in-England Hudsons Bay blanket that had had a stain in it for years. I never imagined it would come back spotless and looking like a brand new blanket. Sure, they charged a good bit, but it was worth every penny. I really never thought that they would be able to do such a good job. “Exceeded expectations”, as they say.

Good turnaround time but expensive. And several receipt staples were stapled to my clothes..

My clothes came back just the way I like them. And, all of my sheets and towels were perfectly folded-all I had to do was put them in my closet. Also, everyone there is very nice.
