Updating my review from 3 star to 5 star. Recently the service provided by leasing office has been improved greatly! Previously it was not so good but now things have changed. Leasing office conducts multiple events and raffle competitions which is really exciting.
Staff is nice and apartment size is nice, that all that is positive about it. It's a far stretch to call this "luxury" when the hallways look worse than a model 6, packages are being stolen, and cars are being broken into. To make things worse, my refrigerator broke down, and caused the little food that I had to go bad. I made a maintenance request before it got worse and was told it was okay.... Miss informed information and billed incorrectly but still stuck on resident to pay. Also avoids to discuss and properly break down account balance. Looks of the site are beautiful but would rather live else where I’m treated with respect and not avoided because management doesn’t know how to do their job correctly. It’s bearable and affordable…but, I have requested a front door code twice now, have not received it. There are no light fixtures in the bedrooms or living room so you have to use plug-in lamps, so the rooms are poorly lit. People leave their dogs out on their balcony all day and night so you hear nothing but barking. There’s only one small pool for the entire complex and it’s so crowded in the summer there is no way it’s sanitary, which is probably why it’s always closed for maintenance.
