I stopped by the Hillview branch on Saturday 06/03 after hours. I was in the process of depositing some checks, as soon as the machine took the checks, the screen went black and the machine shut down. In a panic I reached out to both Chris Druin and Cherokee Clark who both willing left their families to meet me at the branch to retrieve my debit card which was stuck in the machine. I love my Hillview Branch Associates Rina, Chris, Korri, Ashley, Logan and Casandra, They are very well trained, knowledgeable, personable, welcoming. I’ve been a member for over 13 years and I feel fortunate to have this family on my side. Keep up the great work.
