RecommendedI recently moved back to Kansas. Unfortunately, the area that I moved to doesn’t have any shared credit unions. I opened an account at a conventional bank. They cannot compare to the consistently courteous and friendly treatment I always received at Park Community. I truly miss that and the ladies at the Preston Road branch! If my journeys ever bring me back to settle in Kentucky again, I know where I will do my financial business with!
RecommendedI had one recent frustrating experience with them but a higher up manager went out of their way to help me understand and to totally fix the issue. The tellers are always very friendly and I've only had the one issue in 3 years which I now see was a lot a misunderstanding on my part but also was gone above and beyond to help be taken care of completely.
RecommendedStaff is very friendly at the lexington location however the ITM is hit and miss. For people like myself and my husband we depend on this service with our schedules it's very frustrating that it doesn't work properly most days.
