Setting up an account was an exhausting process. For me it began with the system prompting me to input a member number I had yet to receive and needed to acquire from a representative. Next it blocked me from signing in using the temporary password it gave me. This problem needed to be resolved twice with the assistance of representatives over the phone. Could not get help open my son an account. When we fill out the paper work it open an account for me, not my son. I ask they take the money out of my saving account, they took it from my checking. I try to avoid some of these problems, but the branches are closed on Saturday. The IATM told be at first they could help, but then said they could not help. Use to be a better Federal Credit Union, now they do not care about people or giving service.
Service fees too much, $6. when I had merely less than $20 in my account- it's appears to be a scam

There were some issues for me to get my loan. My first issue was the loan origionator(Mario Sanchez). He seemed like he didn’t want to help me out. There was items missing at the beginning of the process and he didn’t call to get the items until I went to the Richmond branch and called another origionator. After submitting the documents I called the original person and left a voicemail. He emailed me saying he would call me after getting back from lunch.
