I have had an absolute terrible experience living with Park East, thus far. I saw the reviews and knew that it was going to be somewhat of glorified res hall situation but that’s not even the worst part. I honestly don’t know where to start. The spaces are not worth the buck. Although Cresco is new and looks nice, everything falls apart so easily and is cheaply made. There’s been a hole in my ceiling since I moved in, management suffers from a serious lack of communication, and none of the workers know what they are talking about and give out incorrect information.
Have been waiting over two weeks with multiple calls to the manager. No return calls
Tha Admin, sucks. I will never received a payment back when I paid the complete lease, and I left the apartment a month (Jun 21) before and I get someone else to take the last 10 days of my lease, and no Park East or this woman named Courtney Medley gave any penny. Park East didn't help me to cancel the SimpleBills account, They just didn't care. I had to paid the bill from the month of July of the new resident Courtney. I'm so pissed off! Not a good experience at the end with this people.
One star is more than enough they are the worst office and service i have ever seen My bedroom's A/C is not working and it's like 100 degrees I contacted them more than three times and they didn't do anything I pay for a full apartment and I can't sleep in the bedroom I always pay my rent on time and never got complains from my neighbors for the respect they should find a solution and fix this
