What a team! Park Lane Orthodontics were the third practice I approached about straightening my teeth. At the first practice, I had a couple of consultations and then paid £150 for a personalised plan that clearly hadn't been personalised. His intention was to remove "at least" two teeth in order to straighten the rest. I didn't go back. At the second practice, I felt more comfortable. My son has always been very anxious about going to the dentist and sometimes it had been a battle. When my dentist told me he needed braces, as even he couldn't clean around my son's crooked teeth, I was really worrried about how my son would cope/react. I received a consistently amazing service from start to finish. Park Lane is a highly professional and super friendly practice, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only do they offer the most cutting edge (and discreet) treatments available, but the customer service is stellar from everyone who works there. Today was D day (De-bonding the day they come off!) I am extremely happy with my new smile. I got my braces on two years ago as I needed a tooth pulling from the roof of my mouth into position and two teeth turning around the right way. The process has been so smooth, I always felt informed about what stage we were at. The support over the 2 years has been fantastic. I can’t recommend this practice enough! Thank you to you all �
