Had to wait in parking lot for a good 20 minutes before we walked up to the front of the building where the shuttle was parked. It was a very nice day and we did not mind one little bit walking up to the front. The point being if we had been late and had to wait 20 minutes for the shuttle that could have been a problem! The parking in the rear is very tight but adequate.

Easy process from drop off to pickup.Drivers are very friendly and on time, very little wait. We haves used this service for 20+ years and will continue to use in the future.

Great Service! Early flight (6:00 am) the attendant promptly loaded our luggage and registered us for our return flight. Upon our return, a severe storm raged with heavy rain. The bus arrived within 8 minutes of notifying them we were ready for pickup. In the driving rain the attendant told us to get in the bus and he would get the bags. Severe storm warning and still on time and great service, you can't ask for much more!

First time using this service. I would recommend them. When I first arrived, I had to call. But the driver came quick and apologized for not seeing me pull in to the lot. Placed my suitcase in the bus. On my return, a different driver came quick when I called. Loaded my suitcase in the bus. At the lot he Unloaded my suitcase and placed in my car. Very friendly and efficient.
