Mark was wonderful to work with. I have done several refinance loans on my previous home with Mark and I just moved again with Mark getting me a new loan. He is honest and extremely helpful along with his assistant Kymm. I would absolutely recommend him. In a world that promises so much and delivers very little, it's a breath of fresh air when someone does what they say they will do. In the world of home loans, there seems like a lot of areas that the normal person could be taken advantage of, areas that the average person is not aware of, that's why being able to trust who your working with is so important. I found Mark to be that person. May the Lord continue to use Mark in the lives of others like he has helped me.

The process with him and his team was so painless, I refinanced a year before and The process was very long and very hard to get in touch with those involved. Mark at Park Place Funding was very understanding about our situation, very knowledgeable and willing to work out the best deal for us, which he did. His assistant was very on top of things and responsive every time we needed something answered or explained to us. When we started the process I told Mark I didn't want to go through the nightmare I went through when I bought this house, meaning paperwork. The whole process was fast, effective and painless. I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and whoever reads this. I was extremely blessed with the outcome of the whole deal, great APR and I get to save more than a few hundred dollars every month.
