Verified Renter Lake Christine apartments are a great place to live! Very quiet neighborhood. Not much traffic. Kept pretty clean. Pool in the summer time and fireplaces for the winter time! We love it here!

Verified Renter The maintenance guys are wonderful. You can always call on them and they will come out and fix the problem. I like how the grass is cut every week at the same time.

Verified Renter Very quiet and friendly neighbors. Only problem we have is with package/food deliveries being delivered to the wrong apartment. Other than that every service request has been handled in a timely manner and the office people are always great to deal with!
Verified Renter I have been here almost a year, and I have no complaints. Everyone is nice including the staff here. One thing I wish they did have is a play area for kids instead of going over to the park.

The leasing office staff are so kind and they know you by name. If you’re looking for a quaint location for your new home, Park Terrace is the perfect place to be!
Verified Renter Nice little apartment community. Quiet. Getting things delivered like DoorDash,Amazon,etc don’t always make it to the right apartment as building 15 has 3 different doors.
