Verified Renter I have been here almost a year, and I have no complaints. Everyone is nice including the staff here. One thing I wish they did have is a play area for kids instead of going over to the park.

The leasing office staff are so kind and they know you by name. If you’re looking for a quaint location for your new home, Park Terrace is the perfect place to be!
Verified Renter Nice little apartment community. Quiet. Getting things delivered like DoorDash,Amazon,etc don’t always make it to the right apartment as building 15 has 3 different doors.
Verified Renter The units are very spacey and quiet neighborhoods while being next to multiple plazas. All the office personnel helped us move into our new home with ease and all this for a great affordable price.
