Verified Renter Park Village is great on the surface, just don't look too deep or expect timely repairs.
Apartment not up to par appliances are very old, carpets are very old with stains bathtubs creek, floors creek when walking on it and in some spots are dented. Management won't fix issues like replacing carpets unless you pay $ what their cost was. tenants who smoke in their apartments goes thru your walls and your actually smelling the nicotine in your apartment.
