I love Park West 503 George Bush Apartment Park West is a great place to live in College Station. The location is ideal for Texas A\&M students, with campus just minutes away. The apartments are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Friendly staff and quick maintenance make things easy, and the pool and gym are excellent perks.

Property is great...admin staff terrible The property itself is hands down, amazing. The grounds are well kept and the units well maintained. We've had a wonderful living experience. I wish I could offer two separate ratings. 5 Stars for the buildings and amenities. 1 Star for the administrative side. The staff are almost always defensive, which gets in the way of good communication. The portal used for paying rent WILL ALWAYS duplicate and take double rent payments EVERY YEAR at renewal time. Verified Renter It doesn’t feel as homey as other apartments, it’s very basic but for what it’s worth it’s good. Some layouts are definitely better than other, I would recommend having your own bathroom

Overall, pretty great deal. The all-inclusive amenities are great, and the location is amazing. The only downside is the lack of guest parking, but they have done a lot to alleviate this issue this year. Overall, I would recommend living here.
The walls are paper thin I can hear phone conversations in the next room This is not ok, i had no idea about this until after move in.
