I have had nothing but fantastic service from the front office staff as well as the back office staff. They are all wonderful people and work with you on the financial aspect of services rendered. I would recommend EVERYONE who needs a dentist to go to Parkside. The End!!!
Are you kidding me? I have 4 children and they have been going there since they were 3 years old. In 15 years I have NEVER had a problem with the Doctors or the Staff. The people up front are always courteous and nice whenever I call. Maybe you were having a bad day! My kids and I love the Doctors too. In fact now my oldest wants to become a Dentist! I hope he can work there!!
I have been going to Parkside Dental Team for over 20 years. Dr. Dan Rogers is the kindest dentist I have ever met. I had to have major, dental work done due to years of avoiding the dentist and fear of pain. He took time to explain the procedures, what was going to need to be done step by step. Make sure they verify your insurance to see whether or not you are out of network. This gets overlooked by their front office staff (even thought it is supposed to be policy) and if you are not within their network you will receive a huge bill you are unable to pay and will be sued by the practice.
