Very nice! I moved in a few months back and I've been very pleased with the customer service from the people that work in the office and the maintenance guys have been great! I LOVE my apartment and my neighbors are really nice. I do wish that the pool was bigger but it's open all year so that's cool. Parking is a bit crowded so I got a garage but it wasn't expensive and well worth the money!
Do Not Stay Here If You Don’t Like Roaches I’m leaving one star because maintenance makes repairs in a timely manner. Since I have moved in this year and been staying here I have communicated with Rachel the property manager and the regional manager Kathy about having a roach problem since I first moved in for months. Management needed!!! When I first moved to Parkside Village the Management was so friendly and helpful. Since then they now have a new woman in the office who will let you know she does not like people, children or pets. Not at all friendly. She makes you not want to go to the office. We use to have gatherings and social events. We haven't had anything in a year. The new management needs to be replaced. Its making everyone very unhappy wanting to move. Keep looking I would not recommend Parkside Village. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything! Walls and window are terrible drafty - my electric bill was outrageous! Mold was coming out from behind shower walls into the tubs. When reported, it was only covered up, not tested and repaired properly. Homeless people would hang around at night. Didn't feel safe out after dark. So happy my lease ended when it did!
