I Do Not do reviews. Especially Negative reviews. But personally, I have not had the experience people rave about and ive been to parkway for years. These people don't know how to approve prescription food on a computer screen. And the reasons for why don't make any sense and it's reoccurring, for months. If your pet is living with an actual health problem or syndrome of any kind and YOU actually care about that animal. I don't recommend parkway. Peyton, please feel free to call us so that we can address this matter. In our computer system we can only list one name for a pets record. We can list a co-owner, spouse etc. as an additional note but medications, appointments and foods can only be found under a single owners name. We are more than happy to explain further and discuss a resolution for this recurring issue that you have been having.
Don’t waste your time or money on this place! Brought our barn cat in with a medical emergency. The vet pushed us several times to euthanize him and didn’t bother to help us treat him. Said she had been a vet for 6 years. She was not interested in helping him only gave him a steroid shot. We called another hospital who without hesitation saw him and gave us the meds we needed to help him survive and he’s thriving.
My wife and I just took our dog in for a possible UTI. Our dog has been urinating in the house since we our baby was born. We thought his actions may be behavioral but wanted to rule out any possible medical issue. After speaking with Dr. Petro, she suggested that our dog “isn’t a good fit for our family anymore.” We can handle a little pee in the house. they're incredibly negligent. they killed my friends dog because they overdosed him on meds!! DONT.GO.HERE.
