RecommendedI have been a client for many years. I have had many dogs go through puppy school and have been overjoyed with the staffs knowledge and positive attitudes. My pets have attended the groomers and have come home looking stunning. I have always recomended parramatta to friends and family.

Took an injured wild Gala I found with broken wing to this place. Was told over the phone they would look after it or if they couldn’t they would find a carer or bird sanctuary. Gave them my details when I dropped the bird off and they told me they would contact me with an update. As I did not hear from them for couple of days I decided to call them to see the progress and they advised me they put the bird down with little empathy. If I knew they were going to put it down I would of tried somewhere else. So much for finding ... read more

My pensioner age parents will not be back... price gouging, bill padding and talking down to my elderly Mother in a condescending manner, you should be ashamed. They were very upset... You forced them to bring the Animal in for a 'health check' that had been done a few days earlier and rather than a followup you charged them again for something that was not needed at all they only needed a prescription as previously arranged...........THEN.....How dare you tell my parents that they could not have the full prescription refer... read more

While I am sure that these guys generally do good work, based on my experience I cannot recommend taking your birds here. I brought in my budgie because I noticed he was getting droppings stuck to his vent which is not normal. However (after having a quick look at him from within his cage) the vet here assured me that everything looked normal and that he was fine.
