Amazing company! We booked for my son's 1st birthday and they were so easy to work with. The gals were prompt to set up and were really friendly. My son was sick and couldn't play on the rentals at all and they were so kind as to give him a gift. We were really happy with the service they provided and can't wait to book with them in the future.

Amazing outfit, amazing service and the best play house for my toddler's 2y birthday! We couldn't have been more satisfied! The staff came well ahead of schedule, installed the set up, and even took our small suggestions along the way. The play house was beautiful, clean, safe and lots of fun for the toddlers to play in. Jeanine was great when I booked her services, very prompt responses as well. I booked the cotton candy package for my daughter's 1st birthday. On the day of the event, her team arrived 30 mins late with no notification. All my calls were going to voicemail. They also came back to pick up everything 30 mins early. With babies timing and punctuality is so important! I really didn;t like the attitude of the team. I sent a note to Jeanine but didn't hear back. Quite disappointed for the price you pay.

Party Baby is the absolute best! I called them just a few days before my event. They were super responsive and got what I needed set and ready to go with no stress. They set up perfectly, kids had a blast, and I had so many people asking me who I used and how it was the best bounce house they'd seen. Don't think twice about hiring them - their whole team is AMAZING! Will definitely be hiring them every year for parties!

This was absolutely perfect for my grand daughter's 2nd birthday party and extremely age appropriate for the 2, 3 and 4 year olds at our party. Everything was set up as promised and was even better than expected. Our bouncy house set up was used every minute it was here. I think I will do a repeat next year for her 3rd birthday. It made me so happy seeing all the kids having so much fun and sharing in her big day!

Jeannie went above and beyond to make our girl's first birthday so much fun with the Berry-themed soft play setup that all the kids enjoyed - so much so that my niece cried when it was time to go . I was so impressed by the berry touches, because there was no berry themed package to choose from, but Jeannie listened to the color scheme I was looking for and purchased the most adorable strawberry plush toys to go along with the theme. Cannot recommend Party Baby enough. Very happy with how the party went. Thank you Jeannie!

We rented a soft play area for my one-year old's birthday party and he had the best day of his life! The quality of products Party Baby uses is what sets them apart. Everything comes to you so clean. It looks brand new and shows no wear! I was hesitant because this setup would go outside but you can see that the staff is prepared for setup anywhere. Communication is amazing, customer service is top notch! Party Baby is a party staple for us now

We had a great experience from beginning to end. The initial consult call was professional and helpful. Set up and tear down on the day of our party was punctual, quick, and friendly. We would definitely recommend Party Baby Seattle and would use again ourselves in the future!
