The office staff is excellent. They always greet you with a smile. I very seldom wait more than ten or fifteen minutes, and I am very satisfied with the service. Dr. Kales will sit and talk to me about any foot problems I might have. Very satisfied with the overall service every time. Would recommend them to anyone.

I had an ingrown toenail and it was giving me pain for weeks on end. My mother recommended Dr. Kales to me and I went to see him and his wonderful staff. The procedure went well and I did not have any lasting pain in my toe. Dr. Kales and his staff were very knowledgeable and approachable. They could not have been more helpful and professional throughout the entire process. I am comfortable in saying that this was one of the best experiences I had in a doctor's office. I recommend them highly!

A bad doctor. He had no education or empathy for a special needs child who doesn’t speak English. My brother was having pain in his toenail and went to see this doctor for treatment, and all he received was a lack of manners and professionalism, with the doctor telling my brother to shut up and stop yelling in his office. At no point was my brother yelling at him; he was simply complaining of pain, as that was the only thing he could say due to being a child with a syndrome. Bad doctor!!!! TERRIBLE!!!
Uncharacteristic of Dr. Kales, he made both my wife and I feel like a "rush job" since nothing was presented that caused him to pause and take notice. Pleasantries that normally were his trademark were absent during this visit. We were left with the impression that it was another day another insurance claim to be filed by his office. Hopefully, the next visit absent my spouse will fair much better.
Office staff was helpful, friendly, and courteous. I found the doctor to be abrupt and condescending when speaking to me. Ultimately he could not treat my problem.
