Appointment was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly. All procedures were completely explained.
I am very pleased with the staff and the service at your practice. The one item of constructive feedback that I will offer is related to your payment arrangements. The insurance that I have does not remit to your practice directly. If it did, I would expect that there would be some sort of discount involved. As such, when I am asked to pay for the service at the time of the visit, I would prefer to receive a cash discount. Thanks for listening.
