I felt you were thorough in your explanation and met with us to explain anything we didn't understand. You checked up on me after the procedure via telephone. You worked to make the process as painless as possible and warned me each time there might be pain.

Dr. Patel is very condescending and Arrogant. I had 1 crown done which turned into 2 and from the start did not feel right. I told her so before it was cemented in. She said it will be fine and cemented it in anyway. My bite was messed up and when I went back she said it is perfect and she does not make mistakes. I just need to get over it. I went to another dentist who immediately saw that the crown was way too sharp and he filed it down and was much better. Then I had to go back a second time to this other dentist for some... read more
