I was so nervous going in because I knew there would be a few problems, but not once did she make me feel guilty or like I was doing something wrong. She explains what needs to be done and what the options are, and does everything she possibly can to make things as easy as possible. She did a fantastic job picking up the pieces of what my previous dentist had done, including fully replacing some poorly done veneers. Dr. Patel is wonderful. I have receding gums and an extremely sensitive mouth, and stopped going to the dentist for years due to the pain and fear. Dr. Patel has made my visits much less painful and so much less traumatic. From shaking your skin when injecting a needle (for numbness) to counting as she does things, she will make everything easier for you. I cracked a molar unexpectedly. Dr. Patel and her team found a way to quickly make room for me in their schedule - and made the repair and treatment process easy! I highly recommend her practice for both people in need of dental care -- and a fantastic work environment.
Everyone I've encountered at Patel Dental Group is knowledgeable, kind, and willing to assist all people needing dental care. Dr. Patel educates her patients to properly care for their teeth at home, encouraging us to fully participate in our healthcare. What a lovely gem of the Upper Valley!
