Stay away from all patio enclosures period sure they look great when they are new but look at them after 15-20 years. They are nothing but money pits I have had all my curved windows replaced once already and they are all blown again they last maybe 5-7 years if you are lucky than look at spending another grand or more a pop plus the small windows all are blown again too the multi year leak proof warranty I was given was a joke the company closed one week than reopened the next and all warranties were null and void. The showroom is a magnificent attraction with many different models of sunrooms and solarium on display. Curtis is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend these guys ahead of a general contractor any day of the week - they specialize in sunrooms, solariums and conservatories.
