The work done by the patio enclosure installers, ***** and ****** was outstanding. They far exceeded my expectations. They encountered some unknown difficulties and handled all of them well. They did things to make the installation better than it couldve been. All materials used and the final installation Looks terrific. Patio enclosures are fortunate to have these two people working for them. I would rate patio enclosures and all of their personnel I had contact with as outstanding.

I gave a four because the experience didnt quite live up to a five. The explanation of product options as well as over all communication could have been a little better. The construction phase went smoothly and I expected the quality of the materials would be a little closer to commercial grade for the cost of the project. I wouldnt be afraid to use them but Id stop short of giving referral only because of the price.
