We used Patio Enclosures and are well pleased with everything. From the salesman that come out to the workmen that installed it. Everything was first rate. Thanks guys, you did a wonderful job and we really enjoy our patio now.
I love the finished product. however, customer service has a lot to be desired. one person to take ALL calls. If youre in a hurry, forget it. Material takes almost 2 months to to get. Idk the clerk but she always sounds like she just woke up. The salesperson was awesome. District Manager, so,so. Claiming to only have one person to save on cost to such a LARGE company. Well I dont see how this saved me any money since it cost over 20K and 21/2 months of waiting.
