Working with the team has been a very easy and painless process! The sales rep was informative and straight forward with the product, the administrator was always available for questions, and the project manager was always quick with updates. Sales person came well-prepared and didn't "hard sell" the product, but made sure our questions were answered and that our new front entry door was the right one for us and our house. Installer, ****, was efficient and attentive to details. His management of the construction area and final clean-up was commendable. We would use them again.

I would give this company 5 stars except of their follow up to an issue I called about regarding repairs. For the initial consultation and design - the salesman was amazing. Super friendly, very honest about pricing and did not push for a sign to contract to utilize any sort of promotional sale. I loved my experience with Patio Enclosures! From my first experience with the sales representative I felt like a valued customer. He worked with me to design a space to cover my existing deck and provided great advice. Once the plan was submitted and CAD drawings were drafted, I was notified that due to the structural integrity I would have to eliminate one of my ceiling windows.
