Great customer service and communication process for the customer but could use a little help on the construction end of things when sending out the various teams to complete a project! ******* is absolutely amazing!! He was extremely responsive and answered his phone. Any time he couldnt, he always texted. He was amazing at the initial meeting and was very thorough!! The builder, ***, was outstanding. The product is great and ******* already came back out to make sure I was happy.
