I recently got a quote for a screen room. The sales representative, Elena was great giving me the best quote for what I wanted. Her presentation and customer service was excellent as well. However, the reason why I'm rating this company as a 2 star is because I did not sign a contract for them to start this project. There prices are extremely too high for a small enclosed patio. Patio Enclosures is by far a more expensive product than other potential enclosure solutions; however, their staff work very hard to understand the needs of the customer and build a product that is specifically tailored. I should have listened to the reviews. I wanted to screen in an EXISTING porch(18×12×8) also add sliding glass doors $44,000 was the first quote.🤔 Absolutely not! After the "discounts" $26,000.😆 Again, absolutely not! Was then told that he could possibly take off another $3000. So what is this sales technique? Start high and see if I take the highest quote? I did Google Forbes Homes beforehand and for $44,000 I could have had a porch built. So sad that nowadays everyone wants to rip you off.
Had patio enclosures out to look at my patio. The person that came out ( I think Patrick) was very professional. Still considering do the project just want to have my funds ready.
This rep shows up for our 10 am appointment. After i tell him what i want 12× 12 screened in front porch. He proceeded to ask me what my budget was, I said, "the minimum" and tells me "the average cost is $40, 000.00." I proceeded to walk him out of yard because first, you don't even have $10,000.00 worth of materials. I told him I am no longer interested in being robbed by your company.
