This was my first experience with Patio Enclosures. It was outstanding. A.J. did an excellent job describing and designing my enclosure. Heather was amazing with customer support, scheduling installation and follow-up. Thank you all for a great experience. I would fully recommend this team.
I have had the enclosure from Patio Enclosures since last February. The enclosure is beautiful, until you have an issue. The customer service is horrible. One of my dog damaged the screen frame on the storm door. I have called 6 times about buying a replacement screen. They still have not returned my call regarding the replacement nor have they even given me a price. My entire experience with Patio Enclosures/Great Day from the very first phone call to the completion of the room has been exceptional. I had a bad experience with another company, until I ran across Patio Enclosures Sunrooms in the Clipp magazine. The guys did a great job! Heather was so helpful with the whole process from beginning to end and if I have a question, she addresses it right away. I have and will continue to refer others to Patio Enclosures Sunrooms. Original CAD drawings were incorrect resulting in a leaking roof and a ceiling so low that a fan was not able to be installed violating the formal contract. They refused to correct the problem. In addition, workers never showed on time and left the work area a mess. Never finished area where gutters and underhang venting meet
