I can honestly say that without the the team at Paton & Co, my purchase would not have happened. Chloe and Tamara worked so hard in ensuring the sale went through without any issues. The house is a dream, and it began with Chloe giving us the most wonderful tour. Once the sale was agreed, Tamara took over and she was always on hand to help, something as a buyer I had not expected. All in all, first class service and I would recommend to anyone thinking of selling.
Safely settled in to our lovely new home purchased through Paton & Co. They made the whole process seem very easy. From my initial enquiry, organising viewings, replying promptly to any questions I had, through to completed purchase, felt they were by my side all the way. For a peace of mind purchase, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
When we saw our new home on an email from Paton & Co we really wanted to view it. We were only passing through the area on one day and Belinda was fantastic in getting us an appointment to view. We fell in love with it the minute we walked through the door. Throughout the buying process and subsequently Belinda has been enormously helpful. As we approach our move-in date we can't wait to start our new life in the Scottish Borders.

We were under real pressure to find a house, but holding out for the ‘right house’ and had faced disappointments along the way. Excellent service from beginning to end - both in selling and buying. Paddy kept us informed, guided us through the process and ensured everything ran smoothly.
