Great Communication! Would let me know what steps we were going to do and what was next. I would and have recommend him to anyone looking to by a house.
Patrick's communication was excellent, I am not dissatisfied with Patrick. I felt underwriting was very picky with some of the request they had. They would not accept recorded information from the bank that a mortgage had been paid off. We have excellent credit and it was frustrating to be told we needed more proof. I would venture to say that Stockton is gaining customers because of Patrick and losing customers because of this particular underwriter.

Patrick was very informative and was there to answer all my questions. The only thing I was dissapointed in, was not knowing my total closing costs till the day of closing, but I am not sure that was Patrick, more so the sellers.
