We recently closed on our house. We could not have done with with out the help of Patrick. We wer building a house through production builder that had its own preferred lender that they gave me. I was not happy with the service I recieved from Wells Fargo. I was given Patricks info from a friend (who also used him a few times). Patrick was very helpful from the get go and was very patient with all of my qs. I definitely recommend him to any other home buyer whether you are a first time or repeat. I am a first time buyer and didn't have much clue when I got into this experience but Patrick helped me through well.

Patrick went above and beyond any of my expectations. I bought a home in Loudoun County that was built in the 1700s that literally had no comps due to the size/location of the home and the property it was on. I shopped banks and lenders and everyone told me I was crazy and it would never happen. Not Patrick, he knew exactly what needed to be done for me to close on this house. I have now used Patrick for two refinances of my mortgage and could not be happier. He has consistently found me the best rates, and indulged my every curiosity (e.g. check all arms plus a 30 year with variable amounts of equity taken out and different percents of equity left in) so we could make the best decision for our family and goals.
