Easy appointment set, location, and timeframe
My only problem with them is I always make an appointment for my repairs and my vehicle isn't touched until the next day though I drop it off first thing in the morning.
Made the appointment they got me in at my convenience and serviced my vehicle in a timely manner..
Biggest problem: actually reaching a technician who could answer my questions and tell me, yes, I needed to bring my Ram Limited in. Once at Patriot in Pryor, OK, the service and people were efficient and friendly, as always.
