Very friendly all the staff and very fast the service
Everyone was nice Baliegh the service rep was knowledgeable and kept us in the loop and we received our van back on a timely basis.
Baleigh was a great person to handle my Jeep, the job was fast and done the right way. Great job Patriot!
Made the appointment using the automated phone assistant, and was able to get a time slot for the same day. I was met immediately upon arrival by the service staff who confirmed the items to be addressed, then shown to the customer waiting room. The service was completed within an hour. The only thing I did not like was the automated phone assistant misunderstood my pronunciation of "50,000 mile" to be "60,000 mile" service interval.
The service department is great. Ram parts for recalls on the other hand is horrible.
