Communication issues In the few months following the purchase of our used car from Patriot, I have seen evidence that the sales department and the service department don't communicate well. First, the sale department said that I could get an extra key for a discount, and quoted me a price. When the sales department called me to say they had the key, the price was higher than quoted.
