RecommendedI would whole heartedly recommend Patriot at Home for your therapy. I have had them take care of me for two knee replacements now. so as far as knee replacement therapy I think Im done. BUT, any other therapy needs I'll call Patriot At Home Special thank you to Matt and Shawna (PTA) for their therapy and great service for me. Love you guys.

My aunt had Patriot after knee surgery. She loved them and had a great experience with therapist.
Patriot was introduced to me in the hospital. your staff is the best, and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Your staff is exceptional. Chrissy and Matt, Michele in PT, has brought me from all the way at the bottom, clear to mobility. I needed them when I had a knee replacement xx and again when I fell and broke my hip. EVERYTHING! My husband had extensive neck/spine surgery 12/24/18 & sent to a rehab facility on 12/31/18... got very little therapy & not a lot of encouragement.. sent home to have Patriot Home Care..Talk about efficient..called us & told us who the therapists were,sent us a nurse to evaluate, & were sooo ready to help us w/ our needs! My nurse, Keri, and physical therapist, Frank, were absolutely wonderful!!! 5 stars!!! Very helpful, kind and compassionate.
We obtained Patriot at Home for an elderly relative. They are prompt, curtious, and knowledgeable, they are also caring supportive, compassionate, to everyone in the household. They have a constant line of communication with the family and the doctor. We could not be happier with the services they provided if need be we will not hesitate to call them again. They are a comfort and relief to everyone involved.
