From Kim M at the office fielding my call and scheduling service to Billy K replacing my standard toilet with a worn out wax ring with my brand new American Standard Comfort Height toilet, INCREDIBLE! Billy was efficient and went above and beyond. Cleaned up nicely, caulked the base, installed toilet with a new wax ring and galvanized flange. A live person, Kim, answered the phone at Patriot Plumbing. She was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning and confirmed with an email and photo of the company employee who was assigned. Gabe arrived promptly within the time frame. He repaired our two toilets and fixed our bathroom sink as well. We paid by check and he followed up immediately with the paid invoice by email. Patriot Plumbing recently replaced our walk-in shower. They moved the shower head from the right wall to the left, added the hand-held and the grab bars and worked with T&M Floors who they recommended for the tile work. The entire job turned out beautifully and the guys were all great to work with. We'll definitely be using them for future plumbing jobs!
Patriot Plumbing was great. They gave me good pricing and did not complete any work without my approval. Kim in scheduling was great and she had someone at my house to fix drainage issues in my kitchen within a couple hours. Gabe was excellent. He answered all of my questions and made some suggestions for future improvements I would like to have done. I will use them again myself and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Patriot plumbing will be my go to plumbing service in the future. They are very polite and courteous and efficient. Billy was fabulous. He showed up on time and did very very good work. If I do need services again, I would ask for Billy.
