Absolute worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Through out the entire process with them. I would highly recommend staying away from this company if you can. This is most recent experience and I could share others as well. I converted to gas and scheduled them to pick up the propane tank I had rented for the end of October. We recently switched to Patriot for propane delivery services due to our previous supplier getting out of the propane delivery service. Patriot requires new customers to have an inspection of their system to ensure it is up to standards, not leaking and that it is functioning properly. Our system was up to standards, but had a slight leak where the line connected to the tank. Overall they got the job done. They did call to schedule delivery which no other propane company could seem to do. However, the process literally took 4.5 hours from start to finish just to get set up. Something like 5 calls, two different service team members, 7 emails, just to send me correct link so I could upload my credit history (didn’t want a hard inquiry hit). Best price around I found if you can handle the long process. Service techs were amazing! Super friendly, respectful of our home and went above and beyond

Beware of this company, after canceling service and telling them to call before they try and deliver Last year they instead filled my tank with out my concent This year and charged me over 4 dollars a gallon ( price checked $1.86 going rate per 100 gal). Called them and the account was marked as will-call and they somehow missed that part.

I have been with Patriot Propane for a short while now and I have to say that I am very impressed with their customer service, their LP pricing and their willingness to do what it takes to satisfy customers.
