How it all began... In the summer of 1976 my father, Jack Petruzzelli, started a retail carpet store in the City of Orange. At the young age of 18, my role changed shortly thereafter from warehouse manager to owner / operator when my father suddenly passed away at the young age of 52. I purchased new flooring and carpet at Pat’s Carpet in Brea, Ca. and I’m extremely satisfied. I purchased quality materials and the installation for both were terrific. I also received outstanding customer service from all staff but especially Joe Magazzu! He’s this company’s rock star! Thank you so much!
We had a great experience with Pat’s! Carpet was installed in 2 bedrooms less than a week from selecting it. Great showroom and impeccable installation. The whole team was very communicative and thorough.
Well the pictures show you exactly what you will get if you shop here I have posted pictures of my 12k floor less than two years old. I am sad to have put my trust and hard earned money into a place that wants to charge me more money for their poor installation service. The issue was not the product, but the installation. I would just assume the floor should atleast last 5 years before issues, but I guess that is the service they provide. Please be cautious before making a investment in a mistake. Learn from my mistake
From the minute I walked in the staff was great in advising me what would be best for carpet and pad. I had a quick turnaround time and they made it work. The installation done by Felix was great also. Ever since the first time I visited the show room I've been telling everyone how fantastic and easy you all are to work with.
