We set up an appointment through homeadvisor and Olmer was there right on time. He had a fair quote and did a great job in terms of installing the tiles. He worked with me in keeping the price reasonable and I am very happy with how the tiles look installed.
They were quick though explained everything along the process. Great company thank you for making my project one less headache.
As a general contractor we sometimes have to deal with very difficult clients. Patterns and Tile Design was very patient with them and navigated what could have been a frustrating experience. They were both patient and professional
Patterns & Tile Designs removed the old flooring from our living room & kitchen and then installed new matching tile in both rooms. They were prompt, friendly and efficient through out the project including working with our changing schedule due to issues with kitchen cabinet installation. They also pointed out issues with the sub-flooring and provided several options to deal with the issue. We plan to have them return in the future to replace the tile around our fireplace.

We had a very good working experience with Olmer & Carlos. They are very professional & congenial. Olmer & Carlos performed: Floor was cleared, toilet removed, and disposed; floor leveled & after prep work completed, the marble tile installed over Schluter Ditra, grout lines matched up the base tile using the Schluter metal cove edging trim.
