We have enlisted Patti's expertise on several occasions and will continue to call upon her for our future needs.
Patti made time to connect via email or text or phone calls and was patient with me from the beginning. She encouraged questions and always provided helpful responses. A couple of times during the process I got stressed out because of a signing deadline due to my business travel schedule, but she made it work and we have a great rate and a much lower monthly fee thanks to her help.
