There was a couple times where I feel there was very unclear communication which made things confusing for my clients and me and then somethings were thrown on us last minute with urgency that I feel should have been requested with more notice. Overall it was good but could have had more clear communication and more organization on your end. Thanks for being open to feedback.

Early on in the process over two weeks I requested assistance from the team via email to help my husband sign his electronic documents in the online system. I never got a response from anyone despite requesting assistance on a call during Thanksgiving week. This put the entire mortgage process behind by at least 2 weeks until I figured it out myself. My husband even sent an email request to no avail. The email process doesn't seem effective for requesting assistance.
