I had to accomplish this entire process while out of the country. Pattie worked tirelessly to help ease my concerns and provide guidance on things I wasn't aware of. She was my eyes and ears throughout the process in dealing with the legal team and ensured I was able to meet all deadlines. This wasn't an easy task since I was on the other side of the international date line.

Pattie Edgerton is one of the most passionate and dedicated persons I know. She is very knowledge and will keep you informed every step of the way. When all others said they would not work with us any longer Pattie stepped in and turned our situation back around. I cant thank her enough for everything she has done for my family. I would highly recommend her to any and everyone!
My husband and I just closed on our first home and all I can say is-- Pattie is the way to go!!! She and her team were there for us the entire way!
